We will integrate the chatbot into their WordPress website to enable basic customer service and initial immigration advice to be given via the chatbot. We've used our NetDocuments and Watson expertise to add a specialist cognitive feature to NetDocs. Upload an image, and we will grab the image and process it through Watson's Visual Recognition API, placing a description of the image into the comments field.
Over time we could extend this to support the whole Watson API suite - such as Language Translatio, Sentiment Analysis, Speech to Text, and other capabilities. Though, to be honest, we did this work for fun to show we can use the APIs effectively. If you need any of these features, let us know.

The training was excellent and we all learned a great deal from it. The fact that it was tailored and relevant to our environment made it invaluable and will go a long way in helping us to migrate our current InfoPath forms to Flow, as well as explore other uses for improving business processes throughout the firm using IB and Flow.
